"Nature is my inspiration.  I love this amazing earth upon which we live.

THREE TREES is an oil painting based upon trees that we saw during a hike in the Rocky Mountains in Colorado.  I painted the trees as fading into their surrounding space because the trees and low growing plants are dying off in the area where we found them."

Dorothy Krakauer has showcased her work in the past Clio Art Fair 16th edition in May 2-5, 2024. Here is our short interview with the artist!

Dorothy, can you please describe your art in four words?

Nature is my inspiration!

What inspires your art?

Nature! I keep my artwork as realistic as possible!

How would you describe your experience at Clio Art Fair?

I enjoyed Clio Art Fair again this year. The staff is wonderful! The artwork in the whole exhibit was very interesting and it was fun to talk with the other artists about their artwork. And it was great to sell a piece of artwork with the help of the Clio staff! Thank you! Great experience! It is a very special art fair!
